For your convenience, this online portal can be used 24/7 to check your data recovery service status. Data recovery status is updated on a daily basis. You can also approve or decline service using this portal.
To check your service status, you will need to log in with your Customer ID and the data recovery order number. The data recovery order number and your Customer ID can be found on the upper right corner of the data recovery order printout that was provided to you at check in.
